Is CRM a separate module or part of the ERP?

CRM is a fully integrated module within the BRS ERP platform — it shares the same database as Sales, Inventory, and Accounts. There is no separate installation or data sync required. Customer records, invoices, and service history are all connected in one system.

Can we track AMC contracts across multiple products per customer?

Yes. Each AMC contract is linked to the specific items sold (by serial number or batch), the sale invoice, and the customer. Multiple AMCs per customer are fully supported, and you receive product-wise renewal alerts so no contract lapses silently.

How does the Service Visit QR system work?

Each customer site or machine gets a unique QR code. When a field technician arrives, they scan it using the BRS mobile interface — this auto-logs visit time, links the visit to the active AMC or Service Request, and records the technician's details. No manual paperwork needed.

Will AMC renewal reminders go to customers automatically?

Yes — configurable alerts can be sent to customers via WhatsApp or email at 30, 15, and 7 days before contract expiry. Internal alerts also notify your sales team so they can follow up proactively before the renewal window closes.

Is my customer data stored on the cloud?

No. BRS uses a local database model — all your customer and CRM data is stored on your own server, not on any external cloud. There is no internet dependency for daily operations, giving you maximum data security and privacy.

Can we migrate existing CRM data from Excel or another tool?

Yes. BRS provides import utilities for leads, customer contacts, and AMC contracts from CSV or Excel formats. Our implementation team assists with the one-time data migration during onboarding at no extra cost.
